We are not a new arrival. J1 Dental has been part of this community for more than twelve years, and many of the families we see today first came to us for a child's very first appointment. That continuity means we know your history, and you are not starting again every time you visit.
We listen first. Your dentist will explain what they have found, set out your options, and give you the time to ask questions before anything is decided. You are the one who chooses your treatment, and no one here will push you into something you are not ready for.
From check-ups, cleans, fillings and children's dentistry to orthodontics, clear aligners, whitening, veneers, crowns, bridges and dental implants, your treatment can be planned and carried out by a team that already knows you.
Every dentist at J1 Dental is registered with the Dental Board of Australia through AHPRA, and their registration numbers are published on our Meet Our Team page. Our clinical and administrative staff are trained for their roles, and the whole team keeps up with continuing education so your care reflects current evidence.
The practice is set up to feel calm rather than clinical, with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment that makes appointments quicker and more comfortable. We are experienced with nervous patients, and if you have had a difficult experience in the past, tell us and we will work at your pace.
You’ll receive a written treatment plan outlining all costs before treatment begins, so there are no surprises. You’ll also have access to our Treatment Coordinator, who can discuss your recommended treatment in greater detail and explain the payment options available to you.
We are preferred providers for HCF, CBHS and NIB, with on-the-spot claiming available for all health funds. Benefits and coverage vary depending on your policy. Eligible children may also be covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, worth up to $1,158.00 over two years.
We also offer flexible payment plans through Humm, Denticare and Afterpay, so the cost of your treatment can be spread into manageable payments. Our team will explain your options and help you apply.

During business hours, you’ll speak with one of our friendly Front Office Coordinators, while our AI Receptionist is also available at any time to assist you. We reserve emergency appointments every day and offer late-night Thursday and Saturday morning appointments for anyone requiring an after hours appointment.
